Define your Skedul settings: Dates, status, etc.

On Skedul, the more precise your information is when creating a schedule, the better your Stream Schedule will be referenced. When setting up a new Skedul, there are four key pieces of information to complete:

  • Skedul Name: The name of your Skedul. This is informative and helps you organize and manage your various schedules on the platform effectively.
  • Status: The status of your schedule is crucial! By default, it is set to Draft. In this state, it will not be visible to your community or in our program search system. Don’t forget to change the status to Publish once you’re satisfied with your schedule.
  • Dates: Defining the dates for your schedule is also essential, as they indicate the time frame for your upcoming streams.
  • Comment: Add a comment for your community. This note is not visible in the exported schedule but appears on the public version of your schedule. For example, you can include: “Stream times and activities are subject to change during the week.”

Remember to set your Skedul status to Published once it is complete.

To edit these settings, open the General Settings from the sidebar under the corresponding tab. You’ll find all the relevant options at the top of the submenu.
