On your stream Skedul, each of your activities is represented by a Card that you can place on your schedule. The information on these cards is crucial, both to keep your community informed about upcoming streams and to improve your visibility on our schedule platform.
Setting times for your upcoming streams, even approximate ones, creates an Appointment with your audience that they can add to their favorites.
To edit the content of an Activity Card, click on one of the cards you have already placed. This will display various settings in the secondary sidebar. Then, click on the “Content” section to expand the available options.
An Activity Card consists of two elements:
– The Visual Section (1): Includes the illustration image for your card.
– The Details Section (2): Contains the title and schedule of your activity.
Selecting an activity for your stream is mandatory, not only to inform your community about your plans but also to ensure proper referencing on Skedul.
Editing Content
Four settings are available to edit the content of your Activity Card:
Game/Activity: Select a game or activity. This information is mandatory to publish your schedule. In addition to pre-filling content, it also helps reference your stream in Skedul’s program section.
Background Image: If you select an activity, a default image will be imported. You can replace this image by removing it (using the cross at the top left of the image) and uploading one from your PC (maximum size: 1MB). Once added, you can personalize it using the integrated image editor. For more details, check out the article “How Does the Image Editor Work?”
Time: Set the start and end time for your activity. While these are not mandatory, they greatly enhance the visibility of your activity.
Title: This title will automatically include the game/activity you selected. You can also edit it to further personalize your card.
